Prior to 7 days of arrival

▪ Cancellations made more than 7 days prior to arrival (or 14 days for holidays) will incur a $50 cancellation fee per room.

Within 7 days of arrival

▪ Cancellations made within 7 days of arrival will result in forfeiture of the first night plus taxes.

Same day/No Show

Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in forfeiture of the entire stay plus estimated taxes and fees.

Group Bookings

Group booking cancellations require 30 days advance notice and forfeiture of the initial deposit.

Early check outs

Please note that early check-outs are treated as a cancellation of the remaining nights.

Refunds/Gift Certificates

Refunds or gift certificates are not available for early departures or no-shows. A gift certificate for another stay may be issued in lieu of deposit forfeiture at the discretion of the management.
